Q: How to get samples?
A: We provide limited(<2kgs) free samples include freight cost to the qualified customers who have detailed requirements. Even you paied the freight cost, it will be also refund when your order quantity reach to 1x20ft FCL.
Q:What's the minimun order quantity.
A: We accept any quantities if we have enough stock for you. If customized orders, MOQ should >200m2.
Q:What's the difference of wood decking and U-timber WPC decking ?
A: U-timber WPC decking are made from recycled wood powder and plastic, with some modifier agent ,it's the trend as decoration material, Eco friendly, Longer life time and Lower maintenance cost.
Q: How about the warranty?
A: For our normal WPC products,we have 15 years guarantee for residential application, and 5 years for commercial applicaiton. some of our special model like solid board and thickness >=25mm, we have 25/10 years guarantee for different application.
A:1. Scratch
Slight Scratch didn't matter a lot to the appearance of decking .
you can use 40/60 mesh sanding paper to erasure if you insisted on removing such scratch .
2. General Dirt & Debris
The effacted area could be cleaned by water and soft bristle brush, some times use warm sopa water has better efficiency.
3. Ice & Snow
A plastic shovel may be used to remove snow from the deck .Use Calcium ,chloride or rock salt to melt the snow and ice from the deck surface .
4. Oil /Grease/Food
All food spills should be removed as soon as possible . The surface must be cleaned within four days to maintain the stain warranty . To remove , spray off with a hose and use warm soapy water and soft bristle brush to remove spills from embossig pattern .
5.Mold & Mildew
If debris such as pollen and dirt is allowed to remain on the deck surface ,mold can freed on the bio film .Using a hose and warm soapy water with a soft bristle brush is recommended to remove the food source and mold .
6. Water Stain
Water stain may happen after heavy rains , this is because of wood content of WPC materials .
When notice the stain ,wipe the stain by cloth with warm soap water in sunny weather will help remove the stain.
